Recipe for Wellness

  • drink 2 quarts of water every day—spike it with citrus or fresh mint for a refreshing treat 

  • eat 4-5 different colors of fruits and veggies every day—munch and crunch away

  •  do some type of cardiovascular exercise—take a quick pace walk, do some jumping jacks, dance, play with some children; feel the blood pumping for 30 minutes or more at least 4-5 days during the week

  • Breathe deeply—take some slow deep breaths in and refresh your mind, body, and spirit.  "Take five" and relax in your quiet space 

  • do a good deed (in secret)

  •  call up a friend and talk up the good old days

  •  wash your hands often in warm soapy water

  •  LAUGH OUT LOUD and enjoy LIFE!!!!!  Ain't life GRAND!!!!!
