Relaxation Exercise

Commit yourself to time alone to relax and reflect.

Sit in a comfortable chair with your back straight and your feet flat on the floor.

Relax your muscles

One by one relax and release them.

Be still.

Focus on your breathing.

Breathe into your belly allowing it to expand first, then fill your chest.

Release your breath and release all the tension you hold in your body.

Breathe in and out.

Focus your mind on your affirmation.

See yourself doing, being, having what you most dream of.

Breathe in and fill yourself with the possibilites!!!!
